Constructed 1909. This Colonial Revival style dwelling with Craftsman detailing and parged with a rough coating of stucco over wood lathe, known as spatterdash, was designed by its architect/owner to fit the attenuated lot. Todd's building (by tradition designed as the result of a wager) incorporates a uniquely linear floor plan.
