Located at the corner of Columbus and East Bay Streets, the Moskos Building opened in 1947 as a shopping center and later housed a nightclub. The shopping center included a supermarket, drug store, barber shop, and beauty salon. Later the building was used as a dry cleaners that operated there for more than 20 years before closing in the 1970s. Purchased by the City (date not indicated) to be redeveloped.
