Regarding 316 Concord Street, it was the site of a proposed ship repair business (in 1983) and subject of a zoning decision challenge by the Dockside Homeowner Association, which filed an appeal to the decision to allow the ship repair business to operate next door to their high-rise condominiums. File contains newspaper articles (1983) about the zoning decision challenge.
File also contains newspaper articles (1984) regarding Dockside Condominiums and other development on Concord Street; "Archeological Investigation Plan: Dockside II, Fort Sumter National Monument" (Southeast Archeological Center, 1988) (pdf).
