From June 30, 1935 News & Courier article “City Condemns 300 Houses; Total Is Due to Pass 1500.” Photo was captioned as examples of the buildings the city was in the process of condemning and razing. These two buildings were located on the east side of King Street just above Cannon Street, where the Midtown development is occurring.
