Mrs. Marshall (R. Maynard) - 39 Church Street - February 1920. Lot on Vanderhorst property sold to George Eveleigh who between 1743 and 1753 built present house. Sold in 1795 to Dr. John Lewis Polony, a refugee from Santa Domingo. After his death in 1807 the house passed to Simon Jude Chacoguie [sic] [Chancognie], a _____ consular official.
