Notes
The photographer had been awarded a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts to take photographs of Charleston Buildings, 1977-1979. The photos had been given by the photographer to the City of Charleston Records Management Division several years ago. The current Records Manager, Nancy Phelps, discovered them recently and gave them to HCF.Copyright
