Associated Material: See ELIZABETH.048. for materials in other repositories. Per Katherine Pemberton (May 2013), Herbert A. DeCosta collection at Avery contains several versions of the HABS blueprints done by Eddie Fava and Reggie Gibson back in the day; receipts (but no specifics) addressed to Mrs. I'on Rhett for work done by DeCosta in the 1950s; detailed information on the porch repairs undertaken during the Charleston Museum ownership in 1985.
