Per Katherine Pemberton (May 2013), Herbert A. DeCosta collection at Avery contains several versions of the HABS blueprints done by Eddie Fava and Reggie Gibson back in the day; receipts (but no specifics) addressed to Mrs. I'on Rhett for work done by DeCosta in the 1950s; detailed information on the porch repairs undertaken during the Charleston Museum ownership in 1985. Also contains a room-by-room assessment of needs, ca. 1981-1985. See Media link for assessment.
