Built ca. 1918-1920. Considered the "ugly duckling" of the Rainbow Row neighborhood, at the time the property was purchased, there was a 3-story house dating from some time before 1835. According to tradition, that structure burned and was replaced with the present 2-story brick house built on the old foundations.
