Constructed ca. 1802. Small wooden Adam-style cottage built by Captain William Hall, mariner, who purchased the property in 1800 from Johan Horry and sold it in 1847 to the Ross Family. The house was demolished in 1964 for the construction of a parking lot for 329 East Bay Street. No additional house history on file. Needs further research.
