Charleston Newspaper Article ScrapbookEntry/Object ID
2008.005.12Scope and Content
Newspaper articles about Charleston (and vicinity) residences, buildings, landmarks, and sites, including many "Do You Know Your Charleston" (DYKYC) articles, most with photographs. Presumably, this scrapbook was created and maintained by the donor or a family member of the donor. Front cover has an embossed decoration in the center, embossed border, and a gold-colored design at each corner; the words "scrap book" are also embossed on the cover. The creator did not retain or otherwise document the dates of the newspaper articles. Certain dates may be able to be determined by the home ownership for some of the articles, in particular the DYKYC articles.
Refer to photocopy.
