Constructed ca. 1829(?); demolished 1910. Built by Thomas Walker on a lot that had formerly been part of the Radcliffe property. This house was 3 stories with flanking 2-story wings. A 2-story piazza extended around front and sides of the residence.
File contains narrative history (unattributed, undated) that references a 11/15/1977 News & Courier by Robert Stockton; Preservation Progress article (May 1969) with a mention of the house's demolition, including a photograph.
