This 3-story brick dwelling with belt courses and banded and corbeled chimneys was under construction in 1797, according to the will of its builder Anthony Toomer. it was purchased by the Just family in 1826 and escaped the fire of 1838. In 1957, it was purchased by Beth Elohim as an annex.
