Scope and Content

Index cards containing information about HCF's easement and covenant properties. Most of the cards are organized alpha-numerically by street address, with some filed under category (Home Ownership Program, Revolving Fund, and Rental Endowment). Each card provides information about the house or building that may include address, TMS number, year built, chain-of-title, deed restrictions, measurements, tax information (assessment, appraisal, etc.), purchase price, improvements, sale price, and miscellaneous notes. The first three cards provide an inclusive list of HCF properties, the status of which provides the approximate dates of acquisition.
