File contains Part I Certification Application, including historical, deed, and map research by Sarah Fick (1998); interoffice (HCF) memorandum regarding renovations that would be coming before the BAR (Sept. 1998); Rosen and Associates inspection report (1997); research notes on building history, "Fritz Jordan's Grocery" (Sarah Fick, 1998). No image on file.
