Files contain letters from HCF staff (including Executive Director Frances Edmunds and Director of Preservation Jonathan Poston) to the BAR, BOA, and home/building owners; letters of transmittal from Jonathan Poston to Zoning and Planning Review Program members advising them of the meeting agendas (BAR, BOA, Planning & Zoning Commission, Site Design Committee, and Technical Review Committee) outlining HCF's positions on agenda items and requesting input from members; HCF's position statements on certain agenda items; HCF's legislative involvement regarding preservation issues. There are also a few annual reports to HCF's Zoning & Planning Committee (see Trustee Minutes series for additional reports). Files span 1997-2006. See "Preservation Topics/Issues" for earlier and later advocacy efforts. *The Board of Adjustment later became Board of Zoning Appeals.
