Constructed ca. 1890-1900. a two-story, two-bay frame single house with an altered one-story piazza and street-facing primary elevation. File contains graduate student report (Branden Gunn, 2017) on the history of the building/property, which includes historical and chain-of-title research, maps, photos, plats, and other supporting documentation; newspaper article unauthorized work done on the house; 1886 Earthquake damage assessment; Hurricane Hugo damage survey. (File also contains the 1886 Earthquake damage assessment for 1 Henrietta Street.)
