Constructed in 1840 by Mitchell King. Located at the northwest corner of King Street and George Street, 330 King Street is a three-story brick building with an open entrance for commercial purposes. Its neighbor, 332 King Street, is a two-story stuccoed brick building with slate roof. File contains report on the history of the property including chain-of-title; newspaper article (1940) about the opening of Clement Furniture Co.; description of 20th century occupants from Old Codgers Charleston Address Book; 1886 earthquake damage assessment surveys.
