Two-story block building with brick facade, built in the mid-1980s as a convenience store with rental apartments above. No additional building history on file, but see "Historic Buildings in the Midtown Project Area" by Robert Stockton (P151, pamphlet collection). Needs further research. File contains 2008 engineer's (Rosen and Associates) report (with Sanborn maps) in reference to a request for demolition. No image on file.
