Constructed ca. 1850-60. This eclectic 2-story dwelling with square columned portico and Italianate style window and door surrounds was completed by the prolific builder Patrick O'Donnell. It contrasts sharply with the tall 3-story single house at 18 Lamboll Street built in 1807 for Josiah Taylor.
