Scope and Content

The house at 41 Laurens Street has two historic parts: a masonry core built after 1811 by Henry Tovey, and a wooden front addition built between 1888-1902 by the Burmester family. Three files containing documentation of the covenant on the property; correspondence and other documentation related to the covenant including right-of-first refusal; documentation of the sale of the property; annual inspection reports; requests for alterations; correspondence and other documentation related to the management of the property; copy of HCF covenant information card; newspaper article (Stockton, 1990); documentation of HCF's purchase and H.A.
