Scope and Content

Former kitchen dependency of 311 East Bay Street, which was subdivided and renovated as a separate residence. HCF bought this property in 1962. 116 Anson Street was moved to this lot ("parked" there) but it was later moved to 39 Laurens Street. Three files containing documentation of the covenant on the property; correspondence related to the covenant (including right-of-first-refusal); documentation of the sale of the property; annual inspection reports; requests for alterations; blueprints (site plan, entrance details, fence elevations); paint samples; correspondence and other documentation related to the management of the property; HCF covenant information card; documentation of HCF's purchase of the property; FOHG house histories (2014, 2017); photocopies of ARP photographs.
