Substantial 3-story stucco and clapboard structure probably built some time in the middle of the 19th century. The lot is presumed to be the rear portion of the property just sough of it on Lamboll Street. Floor plan indicates a change which took place in the 19th century. No additional house history on file. Needs further research.
Three files contain documentation of the easement on the property including related correspondence and Confirmation of Understanding; Part I certification (National Register); easement appraisal report; annual inspection reports, requests for alterations, and correspondence related to the management of the property; FOHG house history (1995); title research and deeds/titles (188?, 1960, 1980).
See Easement Documentation Photo Files for easement donation photographs (Exh. B to Deed of Conservation Easement). No inspection photographs on file (see Easement Manager).
