Constructed ca. 1891 as the residence of Edward P. and Harriet W. Crouch. Three-story frame residence clad in weatherboard siding, with a three-tiered piazza along its south elevation.
Three files contain documentation of the easement on the property including related correspondence; Part I certification (National Register); annual inspection reports; requests for alteration; and correspondence related to the management of the property; handwritten historical/chain-of-title research information (unattributed, undated).
