MARY.030.1Scope and Content
Constructed by John D. Murphy, builder/contractor, ca. 1884, who operated his business in the house where he and his family resided until 1902 or 1903. 30 Mary Street is a three-story frame house with a full three-story piazza that runs along the front. A two-story addition of newer construction resides directly behind the main house. Additionally, the remnants of ovens and the ruins of a former bakery are on the property behind the parking area.
