Twelve Scottish families nearly two and a half centuries ago established one of the early Presbyterian churches of the young province of Carolina, known as the Scots Kirk, founded in 1731.
Pages 1-73 are divided into three sections. Pages [75]-103 is entitled "Beyond the Burning Bush: 1971-81," by the 250th Anniversary Committee, and represents a supplement published in 1985 that celebrated the Church's 250th anniversary.
