John P. Lloyd acquired the property in 1819 and built the house probably shortly after. Demolished to make way for a modern office building. The house consisted of a front section of fine frame construction with a rear section of brick covered with plaster. Behind the main residence were outbuildings, including an arched carriage house with living quarters above.
