Notes

The top is darker than the leaes and has random staining across the grain. The string on the top has been repaired at the edge of the front and back right. The drawer has gouges along the top edge, perhaps made during an old attempt to open the locked drawer without the key. Similar gouges are evident along the top of the bottom rail. The fly gate supports are in excellent condition. Chalk inscription on bottom of proper right leaf: "Dorothy H.P. Legge, East B, Charleston" Parts Missing: none
