Constructed 1915. Alfred Huger, a Broad Street attorney, constructed this house in the early 20th century. One of the first houses completed along the new boulevard, the Huger House is constructed in a modified Colonial Revival style. The principal south facade is five bays wide with a two-tier piazza extending across the three central bays. Of particular note is the front door architrave set within an elliptical arched opening with multipane fanlight and sidelights.
