Constructed ca. 1820. Timber frame house, originally part of a triple lot that was 100 feet deep, backing up to the Mill Pond where Felix Street is today. The rear house is believed to have been built for Catherine Small, originally identical to the front house in plan and elevation, but larger.
Needs further research.
File contains tour script (2004?) for the front and rear houses on the property.
