Two-story commercial structure, stuccoed brick. The first building constructed on the lot was a three-story brick tenement house during the period of ownership of Henry Hattier and Francois Ricard (early 1800s). Sanborn Maps describe the building as a storehouse. The current building was built during the ownership of George H. Moffett (ca. 1900-1920).
File contains graduate student report (Caglar Aydin, 2010) on the history of the building/property, which includes historical and chain-of-title research, maps, photos, plats, and other supporting documentation; Rosen and Associates (engineers) site assessmenta (1997, 2005).
