Former site of the Jennings Exxon station, a condominium was later developed on the site, bounded by East Bay Street, Boyce's Wharf, and East Elliott Street. No additional site history on file. Needs further research. File contains newspaper articles and correspondence related to the development of the condominium; illustration of the building, presumably part of realtor's sales materials; letter from Poston regarding the existence of archaeological artifacts discovered during the dig for the new building.
