Scope and Content

Constructed ca. 1890. Two-story frame house. Conveyed by HCF to Charleston Affordable Housing in 1991. No narrative house history on file. Three files containing documentation of the covenant on the property; correspondence and other documentation related to the covenant on the property; documentation of the sale of the property; annual inspection reports; correspondence and other documentation related to the management of the property, including Project Manual/Technical Specifications (1993); historical and chain-of-title research notes; SC Dept. of Archives and History architectural survey form; photocopies of two historic plats; photocopy of Plat Showing Nos. 91 and 93½ Columbus Street and the Adjustment of Property Between Nos. 70 and 72 Nassau Street (George A.Z.
