Library Gas Wall Brackets
Large Double Gas Wall Brackets. Central Shaft of Cast Metal and Rass Concave Collars with Large Central Section with Leaf Design on Underside and Guilloche Band At Cneter with Floral Bottons. Lower Section of Shaft Has Brass Collar and an Inverted Unr Form with Band of Plain Diamond Shapes Held on To Shaft with Brass Ball Finial At Base. the Top Os the Shaft Has a Domed Cap Abouve Center and Geometric Disk Toward Top; Brass Collar Topped with Cast Metal Finial, Two Large Metal Arms with Geometric and Floral Designs Cast Into Sides. Heavy Geometric Finial At Upper End. Gas Jet At Lower End. Fixture Originally Painted To Resemble Bronze. Some of the Decorative Motifs Are Vaguely Egyptian in Style.Collection
