Scope and Content

Constructed ca. 1930-1932. Two-story, wood frame duplex dwelling clad in lapped wood siding, with a standing seam hipped metal roof. Previously there had been a small 2-story frame single house on the property with extensive ancillary structures arranged linearly behind the main building. Three files contain documentation of the easement on the property including related correspondence, Confirmation of Understanding, and mortgage subordination; part I certification (National Register); easement appraisal report; annual inspection reports; requests for alterations; historical/chain-of-title research information; photocopies of Sanborn Maps.
