Scope and Content

Constructed ca. 1881. Two-story, wood frame single house, with a 2-story piazza on the south side and a kitchen addition to the rear, clad in lapped wood siding with a gable roof and sheathed in standing-seam metal. Three files contain documentation of the easement on the property including related correspondence and Confirmation of Understanding; Part I certification (National Register); documentation related to the sale of the property, including waiver of right of first refusal; annual inspection reports; annual inspection reports; requests for alterations; house history (physical description and statement of significance from Part I application); photocopies of Sanborn Maps; Rosen and Associates inspection pre-purchase inspection (1997).
