Constructed ca. 1857; alterations 1941. Three-story frame apartment house with a 3-tiered piazza at its south elevation and its gable end to the street. Very similar to the neighboring single houses, but with a side-hall plan.
Three files contain documentation of the easement on the property including related correspondence; Part I certification (National Register); annual inspection reports; correspondence related to the management of the property.
