Constructed ca. 1913. Two-story wood-framed residence with wood clapboarding and columns, cornices, and trim, built by John Edward Schachte. File contains graduate student report (Kelly Bulak, 2020) on the history of the house, which includes historical and chain-of-title research, maps, photos, and other supporting documentation; Rosen and Associates (engineers) inspection reports (1989, 1991, 1994).
