Scope and Content

Three-story rectangular, brick masonry building on a slightly raised foundation with the narrow end facing the street. Dates back to at least the mid-19th century. File contains graduate student report on the history of the building, which includes historical and chain-of-title research, maps, photos, and other supporting documentation (Benjamin Walker, 2015); application for Variance (Board of Zoning) (includes elevations) (approval status not indicated); photocopies excerpts from Ward Books; photocopies of Sanborn Maps (1884, 1888, 1902, 1944, 1951).
