Constructed ca. 1880s. Masonry brick structure with wood floor framing spanning between the outside walls Construction is typical of many of the stores along King Street built in that time period. File contains Rosen and Associates inspection report (1989); graduate student report (Jackie Don, 2013) on the history of the building, which includes historical and chain-of-title research, maps, photos, and other supporting documentation.
