GREENHILL.013.1Scope and Content
Constructed 1913. Two-story simple framed house featuring a take on the iconic turn-of-the-century four-square house with some signature Charlestonian details. The land now occupied by 13 Greenhill Street served as the eastern most portion and rear of lot at 16 Limehouse Street (now 18 Limehouse) well into the 20th century. The land did not become its own entity until the lot was divided by Susan Pringle Frost in 1912.
File contains graduate student report (Neale Grisham, 2020) on the history of the house, which includes historical and chain-of-title research, maps, photos, and other supporting documentation; historical, deed, and map/plat research (Brittany Lavelle, HCF intern, June 2011).Collection
