Property purchased by HCF in a forfeited land sale, then sold to the Episcopal Diocese of South Carolina which intended to build one house on the lot for 15 Porters Court and 17 Porters Court. No history of the house on file. Needs further research. Files contain Title to Real Estate from the Forfeited Land Commission; Indenture Deed to Real Estate (15 and 17 Porters Court); chain-of-title research (1782 through 1995); 1951 and 1968 Titles; two historic plats.
