Constructed ca. 1800. Property was part of lot 111 of the Grand Modell purchased in 1792 by Anthony McHugo who built the house 8 years later. Charleston single house with slate hip roof with bell cast and tile along the angles. The "Flounder" roof to the attachment on its rear gives evidence of a house adjoining at one time.
