Dogtoothed brickwork, a wrought-iron balcony, and a pair of banded chimneys characterize the dwelling that had been owned and occupied in 1860 by Henry Campsen. No additional house history on file. Needs further research. File contains Rosen and Associates (engineers) inspection report on the failure of the porch, with photocopies of photos (1990). No photos on file.
