Constructed ca. 1883. A 2½ story frame townhouse with a metal-clad mansard roof with low hipped dormers, a projecting bay window at the facade, and a 2-story piazza along the south and east (rear) elevations. The exterior architectural detail reflects the influence of the Second Empire style, with the side-hall plan and interior detail being typical of 19th century Charleston taste.
