Chip Laurens and the assistant he had in the early 90s did a National Register nomination for the Progressive Club, basing the whole thing on a restoration plan designed by Liollio Architects. I'm sure that signature is a Liollio staffer.
Can't remember the name of Chip's assistant, Katherine might know. After getting away from him, she went to Magnolia, thence I know not.
Liollio people are always very nice & helpful, I suggest asking them-Created By
