Located on the north side of Guignard Street across from Rafer's Alley, the "Big Red Barn" is a timber-framed barn structure with purlin roof structure with king-post beam construction. File contains graduate student report (Wendy Madill, 2011) on the history of the building/property, which includes historical and chain-of-title research, maps, photos, and other supporting documentation.
