Description

Two Neo-Gothic Side Chairs Primary Woods: Mahogany and Mahogany Veneers; Secondary Woods: Undetermined. Having shaped crest over three Gothic arches with trefoil piercing in the spandrels, caned seat on molded seat rail, on sabre legs. Originally located in the Aiken-Rhett House in Charleston, Sc. One Chair, Either One of These Or From the Same Set, Is Pictures in an Interior Photograph of the Aiken-Rhett House, C. 1918.
