Constructed ca. 1894. This frame Victorian house stands on a lot burned over in the evacuation fire. Marion LaRoche bought this lot after the subdivision of this parcel from 112 Alexander Street and built the dwelling with its double-tiered front piazzas ornamented by Queen Anne style column brackets and spindle-work balustrade.Collection
