The house at 74 Society Street had been listed in city directories as a boardinghouse since ca. 1869. At the time of its demolition in 1969, it was Hucks Cafeteria and Boarding House. Prior to that, it had been the Hotel America, Moseley House, and McClure's. No additional house history on file. Needs further research.
