Scope and Content

Constructed early 1930s for Mary Maybank and Reese Frazier. A two-story, five-bay, gable-roof dwelling in the Colonial Revival style. Three files contain documentation of the easement on the property including related correspondence, conceptual approval, and Confirmation of Understanding; Part I certification (National Register); IRS form 8283; annual inspection reports, request for alterations, and correspondence related to the management of the property; FOHG house history (2001); other narrative history (derived from Part I certification application); photocopy of Sanborn Map (date not indicated); chain-of-title research notes and hand-drawn floor plan (Carrie Albee, 2000). Files may eventually contain additional annual inspection reports; requests for alterations; correspondence related to the management of the property; correspondence and other documentation related to the sale of the property; historical research information; etc. See Easement Documentation Photo Files for easement donation photographs (Exh.
